Your peace of mind is priceless so we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on every Urspring purchase. Try the world’s premier whole house water filter for three months. If you don’t love the quality of your water, send it back for a full refund.

How does it work?

  • Your trial begins when your Urspring is delivered
  • Seccua is not responsible for the cost of installation or uninstallation
  • To initiate a return, email usa-refunds@seccua.com requesting a return authorization and stating your order number
  • Packing instructions with a return shipping label will be emailed to you
  • Your original form of payment will be refunded
  • To be eligible, your system must be in its original, undamaged condition
  • 90-day, risk-free offer is only available for Urspring, Urspring Plus, and Urspring Max systems
  • Trial excludes Seccua parts or replacements for Urspring systems (e.g. BioFilters, Aroxbags, Membrane, etc.)

Standard Return Policies

For all other purchases a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. To request a return authorization, please email: usa-refunds@seccua.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are all sales final.

Defects or damages

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged part for the same item, email cs@seccua.com. We will email a return authorization and return shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Product shipped to destinations in the United States and Canada will be F.O.B. our factory, freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Products shipped to destinations outside the United States and Canada are F.O.B. our factory plus 5% for additional packaging.
